1st Salad Course:

• Meyer-Lemon Manchego Kale Salad (currants, roasted pepitas, Manchego, crispy onion & Meyer lemon)

 2nd “Sampler” Course

• Shrimp & Mushroom Risotto (poached shrimp, caramelized mushrooms, shaved parmesan-Reggiano, mushroom sage oil)

Palate Intermezzo

• Lemon Sorbet (fresh tarragon & lemon)

3rd Main Course

• Sous Vide Petit Filet (w/ Red Wine Demi-Glace)
• Roasted Fingerling Potatoes (duck fat, rosemary, smoked sea salt, chives)
• Sauté Haricot Verts (shallot, garlic & lemon)

4th Dessert Course

• Mini Fruit Tartlets (fraises et glace; quenelle of vanilla bean ice cream)
